I spent nine years leading the full customer lifecycle, sales and operations for this global B2B barcode business.
Building hours
Gliders, helicopters, the Pipistrel Alpha, and random 172s around the country, getting rated one PIC hour at a time.
Next challenge: eVTOLs. I love electric cars & flying, so combining the two is a no-brainer. Joby & Archer are on the right track.
Perspective & alignment
Advisory
I help owners, operators, and management see things from a vertically integrated perspective. In short, what this means is that customers don't care about owners' goals, and owners' goals often don't align with customers. The unlock comes from aligning the company to propel a customer through the phases of their purchase in a more partnership-minded approach.
Along the way, there are countless small changes that can be made to bring excellence into every facet of the business, particularly in what is not customer-facing.
After all, how you do anything is how you do everything.
